Henry's First Haircut with Aunt Sheree and Uncle Jeff!

Old Town Barbershop's youngest customer at 3 months!

Daddy helping him put on his cape :)

We didn't get a pictures with Aunt Sheree during the haircut (maybe because Dad and Uncle Chris were demanding haircuts of their own...), but we did snap this cute one over the Christmas holidays.

For Posterity's Sake

Before I forget forever, here is Henry's first TV debut!

Henry Laughs.... and laughs and laughs

Apparently my goofy face and noises are too much for Henry Benry BearCat Bear (the nicknames are becoming a little ridiculous!)

Henry Eats

Piggy backing on Bret's last update, here are the photos of Henry and his love of food. He LOVES sweet potatoes :)

And here is a video of that very first meal with his proud parents laughing in the background!

Catching Up

Well, we fell a little behind on blog posting right before the holidays due to a multitude of reasons.  Luckily, we were able to snap some pictures along the way, so we will try and fill in the gaps here over the next few days.

Our little guy has come a long way in the past few months.  We have had some troubles with getting him to sleep, with him staying asleep, with figuring out his own unique attributes (schedules, likes, dislikes, etc).  One thing that he has not had trouble with is eating.

Henry, from the first day, has been hungry.  He was so skinny when he first came out that we (and the doctors) were quite relieved to see him eat well.  He is not a choosy connoisseur of food.  He eats from mom, from a bottle, formula, and just about anything else you can stuff in his mouth.
Somewhere in the past few months, Henry went from skinny to chunky.  At his most recent Pediatrician appointment, the doctor looked at Henry and stumbled her words a bit when commenting on him.  The only word she could come up with to describe him was 'solid'.  And, in fact, he is quite solid - except for that mound of fat on his belly and extremities.  He is growing lengthwise as well however, so we are pretty confident that it should all even out eventually!

Stay tuned for more updates!
